Job Title: E-Commerce Management Executive
Key Responsibilities
- Manage product listings, images, descriptions, pricing, and stock updates.
- Optimize product pages for better search visibility and conversions.
- Handle day-to-day operations across platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, and Flipkart.
- Coordinate with design and marketing teams for campaigns and offers.
- Monitor store analytics, performance, and sales trends.
- Manage customer queries, returns, and feedback professionally.
- Suggest strategies to increase traffic, conversion rates, and revenue.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of E-Commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.).
- Knowledge of SEO, digital marketing basics, and analytics tools.
- Good communication, coordination, and multitasking skills.
- Detail-oriented with an eye for design and content quality.
- Experience: 1–3 years (Freshers with strong interest in e-commerce are welcome).
